What counts as a group?
Most airlines set the threshold at ten passengers on the same itinerary. Below that, group fares generally don't apply — though on some routes we can ask the desk about eight or nine. Send the enquiry and we'll tell you honestly whether a group fare beats booking individually.
Do I need a deposit to hold seats?
Often not. Many group bookings hold for five to fourteen days with nothing paid while you confirm the passenger list. Peak season and long-haul routes can require a per-seat deposit — if yours does, it will be stated in the quote rather than raised later.
Can names change after booking?
Usually yes, and this is the main advantage of a group fare. Substitutions are typically permitted close to departure, subject to the airline's policy. Your specialist confirms the exact deadline for your booking in writing.
How fast is the quote?
Within two hours during business hours, seven days a week. If a route needs a response from an airline group desk it can take longer — you'll be told that rather than left waiting.
Can the group depart from different cities?
