1. Payment Acceptance Policy

ASAP Trips accepts major credit and debit cards issued in the USA, Canada, and other countries as specified in the billing section. Payments from AE/AP billing addresses are also accepted

  • Your payment may be billed in multiple charges summing to the total price.
  • If your payment method is declined or unprocessed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours (processing for non-credit/debit card methods may require additional time).
  • Prior to successful payment processing, if there is a change in airfare or other fees, you will be notified and may accept or reject the transaction. No charge will be made if you decline.

2. Confirmation of Bookings

Hotel, tour, activity, and car rental bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of full confirmation details to the email address provided. Some bookings may require advance payment to receive confirmation.

Fraud Detection and Prevention

ASAP Trips employs fraud detection procedures to protect against unauthorized transactions. You may be contacted to verify payment validity. Temporary charges (usually USD 1 or less) may be applied for verification purposes; these are not purchases and should be removed by your financial institution. If a transaction is deemed fraudulent at our sole discretion, it will be declined and you will be notified via email.
You agree to notify ASAP Trips immediately of any unauthorized use of your payment information. We disclaim all liability for losses due to unauthorized use of your account. In certain cases, you may be required to provide a signed credit card authorization form and a government-issued ID for verification.

4. Disclosure of Financial Information

By making a purchase through ASAP Trips, you consent to the disclosure of your payment information to financial institutions and third-party service providers solely for processing your booking.

Booking Requirements

  • Flight tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to airline policies which may change without notice.
  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; individuals 12 and over are priced as adults

  • No name changes are permitted after booking.
  • Seat and meal preferences are requested but not guaranteed. Special requests are subject to airline policies.
  • Ancillary charges, such as baggage fees, may apply and are the passenger’s responsibility.

6. System Errors

ASAP Trips reserves the right to cancel bookings made at erroneous prices due to system errors. Correct prices will be communicated once errors are resolved.

7. Right to Cancel

ASAP Trips may cancel bookings if full payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe or if fraud is suspected. Airline cancellations must be addressed directly with the airline.

8. Taxes, Charges, and Fees

  • Charges may appear on your statement under various merchant names related to the service.
  • A processing fee up to USD 50 per ticket may apply. All fees are included in the total trip cost and are non-refundable.
  • Phone booking assistance incurs a non-refundable fee of USD 100 per ticket, with exceptions for certain tickets or regions (detailed in the original policy).
  • Bank and credit card companies may charge foreign transaction fees for international payments; these are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested by phone and are subject to airline rules and approval.
  • Most airline tickets and service fees are non-refundable.
  • Vacation protection insurance refunds are available within 10 days of purchase, if travel has not commenced and cancellation is made by phone.
  • A processing fee of USD 100 per ticket applies to refunds authorized by airlines.
  • Refunds may take 60-90 days to process.
  • No refunds for no-show bookings unless authorized by the airline.

10. Future Credit and Exchanges

  • Some airlines permit cancellation for future travel credit, subject to airline policies.
  • Tickets must be canceled at least 24 hours before departure to be eligible.
  • A cancellation fee of USD 50 per ticket applies.
  • Exchange fees range from USD 100 to USD 300 depending on travel date and itinerary (domestic/international). Fare differences and airline penalties also apply.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Customers agree not to dispute charges if ASAP Trips has complied with airline policies and this agreement.

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will incur penalties including the full chargeback amount plus 50% in fees, and the customer will be liable for collection costs.
  • 12. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Privacy and Secure Flight Program

    • TSA requires passengers to provide full name, date of birth, and gender for security screening under 49 U.S.C. § 114 and related regulations.
    • Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial of boarding.
    • TSA may share information with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

    What is the Secure Flight Program and Its Purpose?

    The Secure Flight Program was established by the government to enhance the travel experience for all airline passengers by improving the efficiency and accuracy of the security watch-list matching process.

    What Information Does the Secure Flight Program Collect?

    Under this program, airlines are required to submit passengers’ full name (as it appears on their government-issued travel ID), date of birth, gender, and, if applicable, the Redress Number to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

TSA uses this information for security screening. Boarding passes will only be issued after TSA verifies the passenger information provided.

    How Can I Determine if I Am on the No-Fly List?

    If you have been issued a boarding pass, you are not on the No-Fly List. If you are denied boarding despite having a boarding pass, you may seek redress through the Department of Homeland Security.
